Your material enquiry and privacy

IoHu Ltd uses the information you submit to maintain a private material discovery register, understand available materials, guide product development and consider relevant partnerships.

We collect your name, email, organisation if provided, material description, location, approximate quantity, availability and any notes you choose to share. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

We use these details for our legitimate business interests in researching reuse opportunities and responding to relevant enquiries. This form does not sign you up for marketing.

Register access is restricted to authorised IoHu administrators. Hosting and database providers process the information on our behalf. We do not publish your contact details or share them with prospective partners without discussing this with you first.

We review entries after 12 months and delete information no longer needed, unless an active enquiry or project gives us a reason to retain it.

To ask about your data, request access or correction, request deletion, or object to its use, email hello@iohu.co.uk. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
